Purchase

By placing an order you accept the price shown at that moment. The rial amount is computed from the exchange rate valid at that instant and recorded on the order; it does not change afterwards.

Delivery

A digital good appears under "My orders" in your account once your payment has been independently verified. To see a secret — a licence key, an account password — we ask for your password once more.

Refunds

A digital good whose secret you have already revealed cannot be returned, because it cannot be taken back. If an order was paid and not delivered, or the delivered credential does not work, write to us from the contact page.

Your account

Keeping your password safe is your responsibility. We store passwords hashed and cannot read the original anywhere.
